1 Company Details

2 Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using MyPMP — whether through the web application, mobile application, or any associated API — you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the basis of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers regardless of plan. Additional terms may apply to specific features and will be presented at the relevant point of use.

3 Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use MyPMP.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to update it promptly if it changes.
• One person may hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent access restrictions or promotional limits is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for any third-party access to your account. Notify us immediately at legal@mypmp.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

4 Access to Materials

Access to content on MyPMP is determined by your plan tier:

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Where a feature included in a paid plan is permanently removed, affected users will be notified and a proportionate remedy offered.

5 Intellectual Property

All materials on MyPMP — including but not limited to video lectures, written study materials, reference resources, practice questions, exam simulations, course notes, graphics, user interface design, source code, and branding — are the exclusive property of MyPMP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The following are strictly prohibited under any circumstances and without exception:

• Recording: Screen-recording, audio-recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing any part of the platform's content.
• Sharing: Distributing, broadcasting, transmitting, forwarding, or otherwise making available any content to any third party, in whole or in part.
• Reselling: Selling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or monetising any content or access credentials.
• Republishing: Uploading, posting, or publishing content to any website, platform, social media channel, or file-sharing service.
• Derivative works: Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating any derivative work based on our content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technological measure used to protect content.

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted solely to access and view content for personal, non-commercial educational use during your active plan period. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

6 Payment Terms & Refunds

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where stated.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. MyPMP does not store or have access to your payment card details.
• All purchases are one-time payments; there are no recurring subscriptions.
• A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all paid purchases. To request a refund contact legal@mypmp.app within 7 days of payment with your order reference.
• Refunds are not available after 7 days, if a significant portion of content has been accessed, or if the account has been terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• Plan access is activated only after payment is confirmed by our server via Stripe's secure webhook. Activation typically occurs within minutes.

7 Pro Perks & Loyalty Discount

Pro plan users purchase individual feature perks. Each perk is valid for 1 year from its purchase date. Purchasing additional perks merges them with existing ones; the furthest expiry date is preserved.

Users whose cumulative verified spend equals or exceeds the current Premium 1-Year price are automatically eligible for a 50% loyalty discount on future purchases. Eligibility is determined server-side from transaction records. MyPMP reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion with reasonable notice.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyPMP to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms — in particular the Intellectual Property provisions. Upon termination:

• Your access to all paid content will cease immediately.
• Accumulated exam history and progress data may be deleted.
• No refund will be issued where termination is due to a breach.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@mypmp.app. Your data will be handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10 Disclaimer

MyPMP provides educational content and exam preparation tools designed to support your study for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. However:

• Passing the PMP® exam depends on many factors beyond the scope of this platform, including but not limited to your individual study effort, prior experience, exam conditions, and PMI®'s examination policies.
• MyPMP makes no warranty, express or implied, that use of its content will result in passing the PMP® exam or obtaining any certification.
• MyPMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with PMI®. The PMP® mark is a registered trademark of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
• All content is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or reflects the most current examination syllabus at all times.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MyPMP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, or our business practices. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of MyPMP after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will attempt to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the platform.
